Welcome to The ADK Dog Den, LLC! By utilizing our boarding services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

• Dog Eligibility: All dogs must be crate-trained and comfortable in a boarding environment. Vaccinations: Dogs must be up to date on Rabies, Distemper/Parvo, and Kennel Cough vaccines. A clean fecal analysis is also required. Proof of vaccination must be provided prior to boarding. Dogs over 9 months of age must be spayed or neutered.

• Health and Safety: Owners are responsible for disclosing any medical conditions, behavioral issues, or special needs their dog may have. While we provide diligent care and supervision, The ADK Dog Den,LLC  is not liable for any illness, injury, or unforeseen incidents that may occur during boarding. Any medications your dog takes must be prescribed by your veterinarian, with your dog’s name on the label, and in the original packaging. We cannot accept or administer medications that are in baggies, pill organizers, or improperly labeled packaging. Additionally, we are unable to board dogs that require more than four medications, non-medications, or supplements, or medications that need to be administered every eight hours. In the event of a medical emergency, The ADK Dog Den, LLC will make every effort to contact the owner. If immediate care is required, we reserve the right to seek veterinary assistance at the owner's expense.

• Boarding Policies: Drop-off and pick-up must occur during designated hours unless prior arrangements are made. All personal items brought for your dog, such as bedding or toys, must be clearly labeled. The ADK Dog Den,LLC is not responsible for lost or damaged belongings. Dogs must wear a flat quick-release collar at all times during their stay. Retractable leashes are not permitted on the premises.

• Payment and Cancellation: Boarding fees must be paid in full at the time of drop-off. Accepted payment methods include cash and check. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged the full boarding rate.

• Behavioral Conduct: The ADK Dog Den,LLC reserves the right to refuse or terminate boarding services for any dog displaying aggressive or unsafe behavior. Owners will be notified immediately if their dog cannot continue boarding.

• Liability Waiver: By boarding your dog at The ADK Dog Den,LLC, you acknowledge and accept that there is inherent risk associated with group and individual care environments. The ADK Dog Den LLC is not liable for damages, injuries, or losses beyond reasonable control.
